Order processing time
Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 1 business day of WLAM receiving your payment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

We currently ship within Vietnam. For international orders, please contact us before ordering.
Shipping fees
- Ho Chi Minh City (inner districts): 25,000 VND
- Other provinces: 50,000 VND
- Free shipping on orders from 1,000,000 VND
Payment methods
- Online payment via OnePay (recommended): pay when you place your order and your order is confirmed automatically.
- Bank transfer: scan the VietQR code in your order confirmation email.
Cash on delivery (COD) is not available. Orders are processed and shipped as soon as WLAM receives payment. See our Payment Policy for details.
Inspecting your delivery
You may check the outside of the package with the courier before accepting it. If the package is torn, dented or shows signs of having been opened, please refuse delivery and notify WLAM immediately.
