How do I order on the WLAM website?
Choose a product, select your size and color, and tap Add to cart. Then go to your cart, enter your delivery details and complete payment. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Yes, as long as it hasn't been handed to the carrier yet. Please email sales@wlam.com.vn with your order number as soon as possible.

I didn't receive a confirmation email. What should I do?
Check your Spam or Promotions folder first. If it's still not there, contact WLAM with the phone number you used to order.

How long will delivery take?
Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 1-2 business days. Estimated delivery is 1-2 days within Ho Chi Minh City, 2-5 days to other provinces in Vietnam and 5-7 days to remote areas.

How much is shipping?
25,000 VND within Ho Chi Minh City (inner districts) and 50,000 VND to other provinces. Free shipping on orders from 1,000,000 VND. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Where can I track my order?
Once your order ships, WLAM emails you a tracking number. Use it to track your parcel on the carrier's website.

Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes. WLAM accepts exchanges within 7 days of delivery, as long as the item still has all its tags and labels and is unworn.

What can't be exchanged?
Items that have been washed or worn, are missing tags, were damaged by the user, or were sold in a clearance sale marked as non-exchangeable.

Who pays shipping for exchanges?
If the issue is on WLAM's side (wrong style, wrong size or a manufacturing defect), WLAM covers all shipping costs. For size or color exchanges based on preference, each item can be exchanged once and the customer covers shipping both ways. See our Exchange Policy for details.

Which payment methods does WLAM accept?
We currently accept bank transfer (VietQR, shown in your order confirmation email). Your order is processed as soon as payment is received.

Can I get a VAT invoice?
Yes. Add your invoice details in the order notes when you order, or email WLAM within 24 hours of placing your order.

Is payment secure?
Orders are placed through Shopify's secure checkout. Please transfer to the account and with the reference shown in your WLAM order confirmation email.

Which size should I choose?
See our Size Guide to compare your height, weight and body measurements. If you're between two sizes, choose the larger one for a comfortable fit.

Is WLAM sizing loose or slim?
The Sport 2026 line uses a unisex regular fit — not too tight, not too loose. If you prefer a relaxed fit, size up.

Will items shrink after washing?
To keep their shape and color, wash cold, inside out, and do not tumble dry on high heat.
