Payment Policy

Payment method

WLAM currently accepts prepayment by bank transfer using a VietQR code. Cash on delivery (COD), cards and e-wallets are not available yet.

How to pay

1. Choose "Bank transfer (VietQR)" at checkout and place your order.
2. Scan the VietQR code in your order confirmation email, or transfer using the account details shown after you place your order.
3. Use your order number as the transfer reference (e.g. WLAM1023).

The receiving account is in the name of CÔNG TY TNHH WLAM (WLAM Company Limited). WLAM never asks customers to pay into a personal account.

Confirmation and payment deadline

Your order is confirmed and packed once WLAM receives the full payment. We hold orders for 48 hours after they are placed; orders still unpaid after that are cancelled.

Refunds

When a refund is due (a paid order is cancelled, an item is out of stock, or an item is wrong, defective or not as described), WLAM refunds by bank transfer to the account you specify within 3 business days.

Loyalty points

WLAM does not run a points program at this time.
