Order processing time
Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 1-2 business days of confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Inspecting your delivery
You may check the outside of the package with the courier before accepting it. If the package is torn, dented or shows signs of having been opened, please refuse delivery and notify WLAM immediately.
