Delivery area

WLAM currently delivers within Vietnam. For delivery outside Vietnam, please contact WLAM before placing your order.

Order hours and processing

Our website accepts orders 24/7. Orders are processed during business hours: Monday to Friday 08:00–17:00, Saturday 08:00–11:00. Orders placed outside business hours, on Sundays or on public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Who can buy

WLAM sells to individuals and organizations. For large-quantity or wholesale orders, please call +84 907 000 092 for a separate quote.

Quantities and stock availability

• You can only order products and quantities that are in stock at the time of ordering. Out-of-stock items are clearly marked on the product page.
• Quantity limits for promotions, if any, are stated in each promotion.
• If a paid order includes an item that is no longer in stock, WLAM will contact you to switch to another product or refund you within 3 business days.

Payment conditions

Orders are processed only after WLAM receives the full bank transfer. Orders still unpaid 48 hours after being placed are cancelled. See our Payment Policy for details.
